Personal Information
In order to secure reservations, DML Vacations will require items such as names, address, phone numbers, billing address, credit card, and email addresses. DML Vacations will never share personal information with 3rd party sources beyond required information with our booking operators. DML Vacations holds sensitive personal information such as credit card data for only as long as needed to conduct business. Every reasonable attempt is made to hold such information in a secure manner.

Emails and newsletters
From time to time, DML Vacations may use collected emails to send newsletters or updates. We do not sell or share collected emails with 3rd parties outside of our booking operators. Any mailings sent out will include instructions to be removed from the mailing list.

Online Bookings
Customers performing online bookings through our website will in some situations be sharing personal information with a 3rd party vacation booking operator. These booking companies have individual privacy policies which are made available during the booking process.
