Dining

Cariblue
Dining within the sight and sounds of the sea and surrounded by beautifully planted gardens, is a wonderful way to enjoy fine food and good company. Cariblue is where breakfast and lunch are served on elegant buffet tables that groan with goodness, but it’s more than a restaurant; it is a friendship centre where experiences of the day are shared and compared, where plans are made for tomorrow’s activities and where laughter comes easily.

The Deli
Tucked away in a seaside terrace at the end of our beach, there is something decidedly Mediterranean about The Deli. It may be the excellence of its espresso coffee, served, with an Italian biscotti. Or maybe it’s the backgammon players who spend time there in the afternoon with the click and clack of cup and dice.

The Clubhouse
From 10:00 in the morning to 12:30 a.m., the Clubhouse is the centre of activity at The BodyHoliday. When you are not enjoying our therapeutic treatments or taking exercise classes or any of the dozens of other daytime activities around the resort, the Clubhouse is where you can hang out.

Piano Bar
Enjoy pre and apres dinner drinks in this elegant air-conditioned setting, where you meet people you already know, or perhaps you make the acquaintance of new people and end up going to dinner with them. 

Tao Bar
When a Caribbean restaurant is named by Conde Nast Traveller as one of the 60 “Hot Tables” in the world, you know you’re on to something special. That something is TAO, the jewel in the crown of the BodyHoliday’s gastronomy.

Accommodations

Single Garden View Rooms
These rooms are of generous size and are fabulously furnished with Pulaski Collection furniture and a Queen size, four-poster bed. They each have a garden view but not balconies. They are priced for single occupancy. These rooms are also ideal for teenagers with parents in house.

Luxury Ocean View Rooms
Luxury Ocean Front Rooms
These rooms have a four-poster, draped king size bed or two twin beds, mini fridge, marble floors, rattan chairs and writing desk. Soft furnishings are in pastel colours. Walls are decorated with rare hummingbird prints. Bathrooms have marble vanity with double sinks. French doors open out onto a balcony with patio furniture. Located in an elevated three/four storey building with pool and partial ocean view.

Grand Luxury Ocean Front Rooms
Located in a four-storey building with a panoramic view of the ocean, these rooms were completed in 1999 and are richly furnished with mahogany, and a dramatic King size, four-poster bed. There’s a mini fridge, fabulous large marbled bathroom with bath and shower, marble make- up vanity, separate marble sink vanity and a generous balcony overlooking the ocean with patio furniture.

Grand Luxury Ocean Front Junior Suites
Furnished as the Grand Luxury Ocean Front rooms but with the added luxury of a comfortable and beautifully furnished sitting room area with plush arm chairs.

Grand Luxury Ocean Front Suites
Located on the top floor of a two-storey building adjacent to the sea, both units have two separate rooms – bedroom and living room- divided by double doors and adjoining another guest room, providing the option of a two-bedroom suite. Each suite has a wet bar and CD player in the sitting room and marble floors throughout. The double balcony is furnished with loungers, and table.

Explore St. Lucia
You will be able to see parts of St Lucia many visitors miss, and enjoy the natural beauty of our island. Equipment is provided including back packs, food containers and water bottles. Your guide will be equipped with first aid items, ropes and other necessary equipment. A full colour brochure will be placed in your room to set the scene.

The Oasis

The Oasis is where you go to get all the wonderfully rejuvenating health and beauty treatments at The BodyHoliday. It’s a scheduled retreat and an Oasis of calm, where you can pamper your body and free your mind of the world’s stresses and strains. Oasis therapists are trained in many different massage techniques and use the elemis line of skin care products.

The treatment specialists at The Oasis fully understand what your body needs to rejuvenate. They have selected seven (7) treatments with a specific benefit that you need to enjoy before you leave The BodyHoliday.  Everyday of your stay except on the days of arrival and departure one of our Oasis therapists will give you a 50-minute body treatment designed to relax, rejuvenate and awaken your senses.   

When you arrive at The BodyHoliday, you will be given a your treatment schedule. If you have a preference with the time of day whether it be morning or afternoon, feel free to email our BodyHoliday Specialist through your web room at least two weeks prior to arrival. Your inclusive treatment schedule is prepared by our Oasis Spa and can only be changed subject to certain medical conditions.
