The BodyHoliday is perfect for travelers who desire an upscale all-inclusive adult-only beachfront resort combining all the pleasures of an active beach vacation, with the care designed to revitalize and relax both body and mind.

Location - Western coast near the northern tip of St Lucia on Cariblue beach north of the town of Gros Islet.  30 minutes from (SLU) airport and 90 minutes from (UVF) airport.

Atmosphere - Spa and wellness resort with mixture of mostly active & fitness and some relaxing vacationers. Caring & friendly staff is one of the best in St Lucia. Adult-only refined environment with mixture of honeymooners, getaway couples, and solo spa enthusiasts. The resort stresses personalized rejuvenation in a luxurious holiday environment with the opportunity to acquire skills and insights that will enhance the rest of your life.

Layout & design - 154 rooms & suites over 42 acres. Most of the resort is located at the low lying beach area but some facilities do meander up into the hillside. Main accommodation building is 4-stories with elevators.

Accommodations:
All rooms/suites furnished with mahogany furnishings and 4-poster beds, mini-refrig, internet access, iron, hair dryer, safe, air-conditioning, bath/shower, bathrobes, and 110/220 voltage.

Garden Room - dedicated to single travelers and carry no supplement charges. Queen bed, max 1 adult.

Luxury Room - located in the 4-story accommodation building. King or 2 queens, max 3 adults. Single cottage units, all rooms with king bed. Balcony overlooking gardens. Granite bathroom vanity with all-over body shower.

Luxury Oceanview - same as Luxury room but with ocean views. Marble bathroom vanity instead of granite. Max 3 adults.

Premier Oceanview - similar to the luxury rooms but on highest floor with best ocean views. Also has tray ceiling and fan.  Max 3 adults.

Deluxe Oceanfront - located adjacent to ocean with balcony. Marble flooring. Bathroom with travertine vanity and all over body shower. King bed or two doubles.  Max 2 adults.

Grand Luxury Oceanfront - located in separate four story building. Rooms with marble bathrooms with tub and shower. Larger terraces overlooking ocean along with additional patio furniture.  Max 2 adults.

Grand Luxury Oceanfront Junior Suite - Similar to Grand Luxury Oceanfront but also includes additional sitting area with additional furnishings.  Max 2 adults.

Grand Luxury Oceanfront Suite - 1BR suite located on top floor of the 2-floor building adjacent to the ocean. Living room and bedroom divided by a door. complimentary wet bar. Extended balcony furnished with loungers and a table. Max 2 adults.

Dining - fresh ingredients and products are stressed at the resort's restuarants and bars including food grown in their own gardens. Tao is award winning restuarant overlooking the sea and serving dinner featuring Pacific Rim cuisine, reservations required, some menu item surcharges apply.  Clubhouse barbecue presents a more casual dinner option. The Deli serves healthy snacks, salads, fruits, and sandwiched.

Spa - resort's Wellness Center is widely recognized as one of the top spas in the world. Extensive facilities and advanced treatments available.
