Airport Transportation : Beaches Turks & Caicos flies into Providenciales (PLS). Jamaica resorts all fly through Montego Bay (MBJ). Upon arrival, after customs proceed to the Beaches Resort desk which will arrange your transportation to the resort using small air-conditioned shuttle buses. Airport transportation is included as part of the all-inclusive package.
Butler Service: Sandals/Beaches unprecedented Butler Service, only available in the very highest level of suites, provides the most discerning guests with an unimaginably supreme standard of service and luxury, where your every need is anticipated and catered to by your very own personal butler. Concierge Service: Beaches Suite Concierge Service will pamper you with V.I.P. check-in, in-room bar, special luggage handling, tour arrangements, private parties, and a concierge dedicated to seeing that all your needs are answered. Available in all suites and some room categories. All resorts except Sandy Bay.
In-Room Bar/Refrig: All Beaches Concierge level Suites/Rooms now have complimentary stocked in-room bars including alcohol, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, and water. Some, but not all, non-concierge rooms have refrig with juices, soft drinks, and water.
Baby Sitting: Outside of Kids camp operation hours, private babysitting is available at an additional charge. More
Travel Protection Plan: For additional $99 per Adult and $79 per child (ages 2-11), ($109 and $89 from 12/22-12/31/07 and 12/22-12/31/08), you can purchase the Sandals comprehensive travel protection plan. This plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for any reason prior to departure. Plus, it also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses and other problems that may occur after departure. Plan Details
Payment options: If outside of 45 days before travel, Beaches reservations can be secured with a deposit of $400 per room. Remaining balance is due 45 days before travel. If purchasing air, most times full payment for air must be paid upfront.
What is NOT included? Spa treatments, optional tours, golf caddies (mandatory for golfers), internet access, medical services (beyond basic on site nursing services), gift shop items, phone calls, airport taxes may not be included, and scuba certification courses.
Dress codes: None of the restaurants require a jacket to be worn. Resort Casual restaurants allow dress shorts or jeans and swim wear must be dried and covered, no bare feet. Resort Evening retaurants require dress pants for gentlemen, shirts with sleeves and collar, and dress shoes. But in general, Beaches tends to be liberal with enforcement of their dress requirements and codes are general guidelines.
Reservations for restaurants and activities: Reservations for dining (most restaurants don't require reservations), golf, scuba, watersports, tennis, etc. can only be made once you arrive at the resort. Reservations for spa services, character breakfast, private candlelight dinner, and Tours & excursions are recommended ahead of travel.
Adjoining rooms: Traveling with friends or large family? Requests for adjoining rooms are almost always fulfilled. However Beaches cannot guarantee that adjoining rooms will be available. Contact DML if adjoining rooms are needed as we continually follow-up on all special requests for our customers.
Drinking water: Since all our resorts have water filtration plants on property, drinking the water in your room is perfectly safe. Bottled water is sold in the gift shop for at additional cost or available in Concierge Category rooms at no additional charge.
