Cocobay Resort is a 53 room beachfront retreat offering all-inclusive Caribbean resort vacations and specializing in Caribbean honeymoon packages. Each room is a privately positioned wooden Caribbean cottage with an expansive balcony and magnificent sea views.

Located hillside on beautiful Ffreyes Bay and catering to adult couple Caribbean vacations. Children are only allowed at the resort for a short period of two weeks during the Christmas season.

The hotel caters to recently married or honeymooning couples, providing the perfect ambiance for two people to truly connect with each other. For the not so recently married in need of an escape this is the perfect place to unwind and rediscover each other on a peaceful, all-inclusive, adult only vacation in the Caribbean. At Cocobay, privacy is a hallmark and guests are ensured a blissful and serene experience in an understated atmosphere.

Dining

At Cocobay, the Food and Beverage experience is sure to surpass the average expectation of your standard all-inclusive resort. After 7pm in the Bar and Restaurant men are required to wear long pants and shirt with collar.

Rafters - intimate setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner with spectacular sea views. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style while dinner is a la carte except for a special Caribbean Buffet on Thursdays and West Indian Barbeque night on Sundays.

Sheer Restaurant - caters to the general public as well as in-house guests and is not part of the all-inclusive facilities. Built on the western-most point of the bluff at Cocobay, this restaurant consists of six private, open-air pavilions connected by wooden-deck walkways and overlooks nearby Little Ffreyes Beach. Sheer restaurant is open for dinner only five nights per week and advance reservations are strongly recommended.

Accommodations

Choose from 49 private cottages and 4 plantation houses each boasting a private verandah with striking sea views and custom designed wooden furniture. The 4 hilltop plantation houses are specially designed for families or two couples traveling together.

Cottages DO NOT include TV or Telephones. Air conditioning is included ONLY in Seafront Cottages. Telephone facilities are available at reception and cable TV is available in the public lounge. Air conditioning is usually not necessary given the breezy hillside location of the resort.

Standard Cottages
Private balcony with easy chairs and hammock, garden view or partial sea view, ceiling fan, mini fridge, bath and shower, hair dryer, coffee/tea maker, king size or two twin Beds, safe, sleeps up to 3 people.

Seaview Cottages
Same features as the standard cottage but includes uninterrupted sea views. Sleeps up to 3 people.

Seafront Cottages
Standard cottages facilities in addition to bathrobes and other extra bathroom amenities, air conditioning and private plunge pools (effective 12/21/07). These units enjoy premium waterfront locations and maximum privacy. Sleeps up to 3 people.

Plantation Houses
all Seafront Cottage facilities, master bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom with tub, second bedroom with two twin beds and private bathroom with shower, 2 large airy verandahs with panoramic sea views, spacious and comfortably furnished living room. Sleeps up to 4 people.

The lush grounds of Cocobay, dotted with scores of flora species provide lots to explore. Join the guided nature walks and hikes into the nearby hills conducted by the medicine man, and learn some interesting uses of various herbs and plants.

Exciting places to discover nearby include historic Nelson's Dockyard national park with a museum, shops, hotels, restaurants and a yacht haven. On the way to the dockyard you pass through Fig Tree Drive, the Island's most picturesque thoroughfare, which meanders from the low central plain up into ancient volcanic hills in the south. Banana, mango and coconut groves populate this drive of lush vegetation and rainforest as well as a number of old sugar mills and pleasant little churches.
